wow!

This is all I can think of to say: It's been such an interesting day. Now let me tell you why:

I got my test from Music Theory back today and just as I expected... I didn't do to hot. I told Jeong Min my score and she said that next time I'm going to go with her and study. (It's so great to have friends that are willing to help you and make you do stuff!)

I finally saw Bryan today after exactly a week. He had been working then he got sick and today was the first time he's been to math all week. We had been trying to catch up this week but it never seemed to work out (we were going to go to Walmart the other evening but I couldn't go, we were going to have lunch or hang out Sunday night but he got sick... stuff like that) Today during class he said that he was going to Walmart and asked if I wanted to go. I was like yeah I have some stuff I need to get. So we went and did that this afternoon... I got and new pair of jeans :) (probably paid more then I should have for them) because one of my favorite pairs is getting pretty worn out... I exspecially noticed it doing laundry the other night... they are getting thin with small holes breaking out all over... so they are going to be my photo lab jeans now.

I needed to be back here and in the church at 6:30 tonight because Wind Symphony played for the flag raising ceremony. Well, we didn't leave for Walmart until around 4:30 and I wanted to be back by 6 so I could change and get ready to go. Well, we didn't leave the store til about 6. He said "don't worry I'll get you there in time" So we got back to campus and the parade for alumni weekend was going on and we couldn't get thru either spot we went... so we parked somewhere near the Howard and church and I ran across the road (right behind the AUSA SUV which I think/hope was the last thing...) and down the sidewalk infront of the church, passed some girls going for warm up, and to my room as quick as I could and got stopped on the way by a couple girls wondering if their clothes were ok. Anyway... I got up here and thru on a pair of dress pants, grabbed my sax, and somehow made it to the church before warm up even started! All of that for a REALLY short time being out there at all nevermind playing!

Since we got back so late and Symphony didn't even start playing til about 7 I missed supper. I came back to my room right after because I wasn't sure when I needed to get my computer for Laura (she used it for a booth she had tonight because of being task force and she had me put together a slide show for her). I wasn't sure if I was going to vespers or not. I looked to see who was online and asked Bryan if he had eaten because earlier he had been wondering what time the cafe closed... he said no (the cafe closed about 10 minutes before we got back) and asked if I wanted to go to Taco Bell quick before sundown. So we went and got some supper and came back here and I took the computer over to the Howard for Laura and ended up staying the whole time, I talked to Laura for a bit and while I was standing there with her an alumnus came up and said Union Springs I'm an alumnus of there. I don't remember his name I think it was something Thomas and he's from the class of 60 something. Really nice guy, he stood there and talked with us for a few minutes. Then I went over and talked to Cara for a while. I caught her up on my week's adventures and we talked for a bit. At the end Byron came over and talked with us and I got to show him last year's yearbook (which is SO much better then the first year I did it) he said that it was a lot better and that he still remembers the problems I had the year he was there and him typing things out at the LAST SECOND.... not even the last minute... the last SECOND. And something came up about Byron bringing all "his kids" here for Music Fest the year he was at Springs and I said about all his little ducklings (all you bell people should know what I'm talking about) and he said that he still has the book that we all signed for him.

I walked back to the dorm with Cara and it was raining and she was freezing. I helped her carry stuff from her booth and we continued talking all the way to the dorm and to her room for a bit before I needed to come up and get checked it.

So that's my day today. I was pretty busy but the end was pretty relaxing and I had a good evening. I'm so glad today was Friday BUT.... I have to get up at about 6:15 tomorrow morning for Wind Symphony because we HAVE to be there AT 7:30 and we should NOT be late because there is going to be massive amounts of people joining us on stage.

With all of that said... I need to go to bed.

Good Night all and I hope you have a great weekend!
