Back to School

Today was my last day of work and after work it's been full of last minute things and packing. I'm so happy Mom volunteered to pack for me as long as I got everything out. I think everything is about set... a few more things to throw in the suitcase and hopefully I'm not forgetting anything.

I'm only sorta ready to go back. I'm ready to see everybody but not for the work. I'm taking a full load.... actually overload because of Wind Symphony. I'm going to be auditing that. My earliest class is at 8:30 (earlier then I wanted but the class was full). The early class is Civ and Ideas, the professor is Brian Strayer for those of you who know who he is. I'm also taking Creativity in the Arts, Intro to Digital Media, Color Photography I, and Dealing with Your Mind, along with auditing Wind Symphony.

I'm also working for AUTV three days a week. It may be more hours if this turns out not to be enough but they wanted to make sure I have enough time for my labs and some "free time".

So, I'm off tomorrow. About to embark on my sophomore year of college. I feel different then I did a year ago... well a little over a year. Last year I was nervous because I didn't know very many people and those I did know, you never knew when or if you'd get to see them. This year, I have a bunch more friends and I know some of what to expect and how things work. I just worry about focusing on the right things and keeping my grades up... and I feel fairly confident about the whole roommate thing this time :)
