A Day Off

Tomorrow will be my first day off in... in... uh... 20-something days and I can't wait! I don't want to complain about working so many days in a row because I came here to work and help where I can but I'm really looking forward to sleeping in and relax by doing nothing.

I started my day off tonight when I got home from cafe duty around 7:30 by jumping in a shower and shaving my legs. Tomorrow I plan on sleeping as long as I need to and then take my time getting up and showered. I'll probably watch some 3ABN online and make some yummy food just for me. Then tomorrow evening Nina, Laurie, Adam, and I are all riding out together to the guys championship soccer game. After the game the four of us are planning on grabbing something to eat and hangout before coming back.

Tomorrow the whole school is going to Wayland for the day. The choir is going to have their first performance of the year, different students are going to do parts of the service, and then they'll have potluck and possibly and afternoon hike before supper, vespers, and heading to the soccer game.

Sunday is the first day of Sunday School/Project Day. All the students on the In Progress (IP) list and all the students the faculty feel are behind or needing to work on their projects all have to spend something like 4 hours in the Ad Building doing homework and working on their projects. One of the girls that is in my advisoree is on the project list and one of the other girls who is an ESL student is sorta on IP because of her English grade. Other then all of that Sunday will be a regular day complete with cafe duty.

Wednesday is homeleave. Karolline and I are going to Brent and Heather's and we're all going to a concert Wednesday night. I'm excited... it should be fun. Its going to be the second time I've seen this band in concert. I'm not sure yet if I'll be at their house the whole time yet or not. I'll probably see if Adri wants some company for a day or two.

The weekend after that I get to go home!!! And I'm bringing people with me. I know for sure that Nina and Adam are coming with me and possibly another guy or two. Karolline won't be able to come because she has some kind of testing on that Sunday. We're all going to my house because of the cider and donut social that my church is having. I don't think I've been to it in at least 4 or 5 years. It should be quite fun and I know at least Nina is excited about going and Adam says it'll be nice to get away.

I think I'll try to upload some pictures tomorrow and fill you all in on whats been going on the past few weeks.
