Dear CCC,

I just wanted to let you know how much I despise you right now. I chose you because I couldn't go back to Michigan and you were the cheaper option. You offer some classes I need/ed to take if I was at AU so I thought you'd be a nice place to get some of those courses out of the way.

Last semester you were nice... I'd even go as far as to say you were pretty nice this semester. You're courses were easy and I even passed the math class I enrolled in! Thank you for having teachers some teachers who don't care when I turn in my assignments and some that don't even care if I do them at all since they assign homework but don't collect it. You even got me an easy schedule; last semester's schedule wasn't bad but this semester was even better - a 3 day school week... who could ask for more?

However, I don't appreciate you turning your back on me now! Why say I don't need to take any more electives BOTH times I've registered for classes and now all of a sudden say I might need at least one but maybe two? And WHY didn't anyone tell me I needed TWO Behavioral Science classes and that the one that DID get TRANSFERED IN might not count as anything??? I've taken so many photo classes that you don't even offer and now you don't want to let me have them even as electives even though they also are TRANSFERED IN!?!?!?

I'm not impressed that you only offer the other drawing class I need to graduate from you ONLY IN THE SPRING and I'm not amused you gave me an adviser who didn't put me in it or tell me this until the last week of classes THIS SPRING semester! If I was told I had to take that class I could graduate for sure in December but noooo somebody has decided to give me a hard time and make me pay more money I don't have for another one class in the Spring which I don't even need at AU!!!

I'm also very upset that I can't get ahold of anybody I need to ask questions. Questions like: Why don't you offer an alternative Psych class since Psych 101 is full or "doesn't exist"? or Why wouldn't my psych class from AU count as SOME sort of behavioral science class with you instead of me having to take TWO... especially since I don't need anymore at AU? or Why can't there be some other classes that I could take that doesn't have a psych 101 pre-req so I could take both classes during the fall semester instead of possibly having to take one in the summer.

Oh, and one more thing... WHY IN THE WORLD is tuition for one month long ONLINE course and one month long on-campus class $916 due about a week for two class we can't even figure out if I need to take or not?!?!??!?!? Why couldn't your stupid office people just be in so I didn't have to register for those two classes "just in case" and so I don't have to go in and sit through all this crap all over again on Monday hoping to get some answers. And so you know, if I DON'T get things figured out or any answers when I come back to see you on Monday I'll be livid!!!

So please CCC, for your sake and my sake, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE give me what I need without having to talk to all the "higher ups" or jumping through too many hoops (I'd really prefer no hoops at all but I understand that's asking a LOT out of something like you).

A very upset, irritated, frustrated student who would REALLY like to graduate in December since I should've graduated this month but was stupid enough to put my higher education on hold for a year to put myself through a whole lot of crap only to deal with all of this stuff with you!
