I finally have a date for my gallery! It's just under 8 weeks away and boy is there a lot to figure out! I'm fairly certain about the content of my images. I also have this great idea of framing them but I'm worried about actually being able to pull it off. Apparently, making 45* angle cuts are pretty hard to get perfect.
I'm also needing to figure out how many pieces I will actually be needing, sizes, what I want to have for refreshments, how this is all going to work since the opening is on a Thursday from 7-9 and I have classes from 3:30 til 9/9:15, and then some other more minor details like setting up the table(s) and if I'll have a guest book type thing.
So, lots of stuff to do in the next 6-7 weeks. Guess I should probably get busy sooner rather than later! Stay tuned for more brain storming... if you have any amazing ideas for making frames with old pallet/barn/fence post wood please share!!!
