YAY!

I made it to New York... barely, but I made it. It took a bit longer to get out of the dorm then I had expected so we got going a little late but we thought that we would still have enough time to get there. We pulled up to the airport and figured that we had enough time to get checked in and everything and I wouldn't have too long to wait before boarding. Bryan helped me to bring all my bags inside (including my overweight suitcase). I could have sworn that the thing online said that I'd be flying on a Continental flight so that's where we went. I made sure that that was where the Continental stuff was and said goodbye to Bryan. I went to check in my bags and get my tickets and stuff and the lady told me I was in the wrong place and that they didn't have a flight going through the place I thought I was supposed to be going through and to go check Northwest. So I grabbed all my heavy bags and headed to Northwest. Luckily that is where I was supposed to be and they printed my stuff, loaded my bags, and sent me quickly on my way... the plane was already boarding! I wasn't the only person late, there were a couple other ladies that came in after me. As I was walking through security they paged my name and the other ladies names. I ran over and made it onto my flight. And the rest of it went smoothly. Adri picked me up from the airport and we headed to Union Springs. We got there around 12 or so and set the dorm alarm off... oops. I took pictures all day Sabbath. It went pretty well but I'm sure I'm going to be told that I didn't take enough.

Sunday we headed to Adri's. When she tried to start the car the key wouldn't turn. BJ came out and tried and he couldn't get it either. Then a bunch more people came out and we told them what was going on and Erik said he could get it almost as quickly as he sat in the car he got it started.

Monday I went to school with Adri. It was interesting. During her math class I sat in the math center and downloaded pictures from the weekend. Then we had lunch and walked around a bit before going to her English class which I sat in. After school we met up with Becky to return the camera and then went shopping. I found some good deals and we had fun. Then we decided to go out for supper and we had some of the most amazing brushetta and pizza. It was SO good! The rest of the week she's let me sleep in, eat yummy food, and then in the afternoons we've been running errands and stuff. It's been fun and I feel spoiled :)

Well, I think that pretty much sums my week up so far.
