New Experiences

I thought I'd share some of the new things I've done so far this summer. I had a mental list going but I've waited long enough I might not remember all of them but I'll give it a whirl.

1. Tried my best to repair the fence for the chicken coop
2. Spent over an hour chasing 5 chickens after repairing the fence and getting it torn down again
3. Drove myself to Brent and Heather's without getting lost! (did have to turn around a couple times though)
4. Got shocked by the electric fence... twice
5. Took care of a dead baby bird
6. Finished milking the goats before they were done eating their grain (YAY! for me!!!)
7. Got told I have an accent
8. Heard a fox scream
9. Learning to drive a standard shift car (eek!)
10. Was a bridesmaid for the first time
11. Bought a weeks worth of groceries at one time just for me
12. Saw my first horror film (it wasn't scary for the most part just really stupid and disgusting)
13. Helped hoe and rake a garden significantly bigger then the ones I've helped my mom with
14. Watched a goat get clipped
15. Saw my first real cockroach
16. Spent my first campmeeting not being on campus every night
17. Learned how to enter new alumni into the system on the computer
18. Watched baby goats get their horns burnt off (its smelly)
19. Got checked out by a guy when I was turning at the stop sign
20. Went off a rope swing (into Monica's pond)

So here are a few new things I've done this summer... I'm sure there will be lots more as the summer continues and the school year begins.
